Who we are

Sorted Templates is a trading name of Mourad Razgallah, sole trader, 89 Heybridge Avenue, London SW16 3DS. Email: hello@sortedtemplates.co.uk.

Who can buy

We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. You must be 18 or over to create an account and buy.

What you're buying

Digital products: downloadable templates, and apps and games used in your web browser through your account. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT due. Nothing is posted.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank statement shows SORTED TEMPLATES.

Your account

Keep your password private. Your purchases are linked to your account so you can access them again. We may suspend accounts used to share or resell our products.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for yourself, your household or your own business. You may not resell, share, upload or give away our files, apps or content, or share your login.

Access to apps

Apps and games you buy stay available in your account for as long as we run this website, and for at least 2 years from purchase. If we ever close an app earlier, we'll give you a downloadable version or a refund.

Your right to cancel and our refund promise

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content, that right ends once access or download begins, if you agreed to this before paying. At checkout you tick a box agreeing to immediate access and confirming you understand you lose the right to cancel.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, doesn't work or isn't as described, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

Not advice

Our products are tools and general information. They are not financial, tax, legal or careers advice and we can't guarantee any outcome. Calculations are estimates based on what you enter and the rules stated on each product page. Check important decisions with HMRC, GOV.UK or a qualified professional.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you use a consumer product for business. Nothing here limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
