Who is responsible

Mourad Razgallah, sole trader, 89 Heybridge Avenue, London SW16 3DS, trading as Sorted Templates, is the data controller. Contact: hello@sortedtemplates.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Your account: name, email address and a securely hashed password (we can't see your password). Used to give you access to what you bought (contract).

Orders: product, price, date, the time you agreed to immediate delivery, and Stripe's payment reference. Kept for tax and accounting records (legal obligation).

Payments: your card details and billing address are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us. See stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Emails: we send account and order emails (contract). We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Security logs: we keep short-term records of login attempts and IP addresses to stop abuse (legitimate interests). Deleted within 24 hours.

Free tools: run in your browser. We never receive what you type. Paid apps also run in your browser; we don't store what you enter in them.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) don't use cookies.

Who we share data with

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and database, UK/EU and US data centres with appropriate safeguards), and Resend (sending our emails). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account data: until you ask us to delete your account. Order records: 6 years for tax law. Login-attempt logs: 24 hours.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
